• make any support requests and track the progress of their completion
• make any other data processing, custom software or service requests and track the project progress
• view and modify any of their company/organization or contact information
• search and view the company and contact information of any other Software Finesse client that has permitted it
• download the latest version of any of their current Software Finesse software products
• access variety of reference documets related to their current Software Finesse products
• follow some of the professional and/or personal stories (blogs) of other Software Finesse clients or employees
• suggest and be a part of the growth and enhancement of this great platform in order to take our business relationships with the clients to even higher level
